I sent the wrong item on eBay to someone. It was supposed to be a PS2 game, but it was a broken PSP. This was a mix-up. The two people who won these auctions both lived in Florida.
How the **** did this happen? That is weird. I’m pretty sure I did not mix them up.
I’ve just been reading that Sarah Palin apparently sold the Alaska State jet when she took office to one of her supporters , Larry Reynolds, a businessman, for $2 million.
Thats strange because I remembered her saying in her speech she sold a jet on Ebay. I’ve just looked up what she said and found this:
In her acceptance speech she said she sold the jet on Ebay.
The RNC video about her, says she auctioned off the jet on Ebay.
And John McCain in interview says she sold the jet on Ebay and even made a profit.
Did she or didn’t she sell it on Ebay ?
I have used ebay in the past to sell and buy items, but not for a long time. So recently I put an item on there for sale and now I am getting a lot of strange emails about it. They are all roughly the same, but the main outline of them are that someone wants me to end the auction early because they want to buy it right away and they want me to send the item to Africa or somewhere else overseas for their grandkid or husband or various other people who are attending school usually. All these are from different ebay id’s but they are all familiar as they have offered me different sums of money to end the auction. Anyway, I have never run into this before and it all seems very weird, so if anyone knows anything about this then that would be cool. Thanks
Why do auctions like these get so many bids?

I know I’m probably freaking out, but I just paid a bunch of money for a Yves Saint Laurent handbag on ebay. I got an email when I paid through paypal, which I always save until I receive the item. The strange thing is that I didn’t receive an email from ebay saying I’d won the auction. I thought this was really strange.
The auction shows up in my ebay as “won” and specifies that I paid through paypal, but I’m just wondering if I really did.
I sent the seller an email yesterday just so they’d know that I paid and that I would like the tracking information once they ship the item (which I figured I’d get today). I never heard anything from them, not even an acknowledgment of my email.
I’m getting really scared that the seller doesn’t know that I won the item. How should I handle this? I’m going to write ebay and see. I don’t want to sound pesky to the seller either.
Thanks!
