I sent the wrong item on eBay to someone. It was supposed to be a PS2 game, but it was a broken PSP. This was a mix-up. The two people who won these auctions both lived in Florida.
How the **** did this happen? That is weird. I’m pretty sure I did not mix them up.
i just woke up and remember my weird dream..
i was milking a cow and when i saw the milk it was green. then wen i tasted the milk it tasted i fainted. when i woke up i went to mcdonalds and bought a bigmac. whe n iate the big mac i fainted again. so wen i woke up again i drank more of the green milk… my friend came over and drank it too and we both fainted.. when we woke up we both ate a big mac and fainted again… then the tooth fairy came to us and said HI… so we auctioned the green milk on ebay… bill gates saw this milk and put a bid for 1billion dollars…. and then i woke up
WHAT DOES DIS DREAM MEAN??
I bid and won an iPhone…. but two things really bother me.
1. The final minute I was bidding against just 1 other bidder who was brand new with 0 feedback. I ended up paying about $50 more because of him/her. I really think he was the seller bidding on his own auction.
2. The description of his auction is very vague. All it says is the iPhone is “Almost New”…. but what does that mean???? What if I get a year old iPhone with bunch of scratches?? Plus none of his pictures has the iPhone switched on which is weird.
The seller does have 100% feedback history with 200 feedbacks but he has not sold anything in 6 months.
I’m thinking about not responding to his emails… what happens if I do that?? I just have a really bad feeling about this deal like I will get taken if I pay.
I bought a DVD from Malaysia on ebay.com. I paid for it via PayPal. The seller stated that it was a factory release version. She also stated it came with documents from the Malaysian government stating it was real. Well a few days go by and I receive this item. It consists of three discs (televeision show on DVD). The box looks kinda weird, like someone printed it at home, however, there is a big hologram on the front. So I figured maybe they just made this really cheap. I open the box and the there are two dvd cases inside. One holding one DVD, while the other is hold two. Both cases are only made for one DVD. Disc 1 does not play on any of my 4 DVD players. The other discs work, but the menus look like they were made on a computer. Lastly the subtitles are extremely literal and not very good.
Well this lady states in the auction that she accepts no returns. I can not ship these items to her because they are counterfeit and that is a felony anyway. What can I do?
Okay this is kind of a weird question, but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or if anyone knows just what the hell this person was up to…
A few days ago I went to log into my hotmail account and it kept rejecting my password. I put it down to someone joking around changing my password. But then I found my ebay account didn’t work either.
Then, someone in my address book got an email from my account, saying that it was someone who had bought my passwords for ebay & hotmail off a hacker, and was “giving them back to me to save my ***.” It also had an email address for this person for “more information.” (Which I havent used- don’t trust it.)
It had the “new” passwords, so I tried them, and sure enough, it worked. I went onto my ebay, and there was tonnes of replies from people my hacker had messaged regarding buying purchaing Play Stations. (Couldn’t see the original messages, but the replies were things like “will send to Michigan when payment is recieved”/ “bid and its yours” / “i cant just sell it you its in an auction.)
None of these items have been bid/bought but there was a bid from my account on a play station for $500. I cancelled this, changed all my passwords, deleted my paypal account etc and changed my email.
I’m just wondering… what the hell?
Why would someone go around buying peoples hacked accounts back?
And if he did, why would he tell them the password if there some sort of ebay scam going on?
Does anyone know what the hell sort of scam this is? Or has it happened to anyone else?
Seems that they’re going backwards while Google and you tube kick their backside for fun! This rubbish of closing Yahoo photos to use an outside image host is totally strange behaviour. It reminds me of when they closed their UK auctions to recommend an up and coming site called EBAY!!!
Way to go YAHOO you really know how to push the self destruct button!
I’ve just bought a pink Sony Camera on ebay for a outrageously low price, but upon winning the auction I instantly thought of how weird it was to own a pink Camera.
Does the color of a camera really matter?
Will people think any differently of me?
give this a 1-10 rating and please comment. this is my auction and i think this one is the best.
